The Coachmans Rest Motor Lodge

The Coachmans Rest Motor Lodge is situated just south of Coonabarabran, picturesquely sited at the foothills of the Warrambungle Mountains and high above the Great Western Plains.

We have our own expansive garden setting and truly generous swimming pool for all the family to relax and enjoy. Our family atmosphere and friendly staff will be only too happy to help you discover the wonders of the Warrumbungles and if you’re energetic enough, enjoy the internationally famous treks through the range. We are a Golden Chain member

After a busy day, guests can enjoy a meal at Coachman’s Bistro. Delicious menu items include barramundi, beef stroganoff, chicken schnitzel and lasagna. There is also a kids menu available.

Coachmans Rest is a 3-minute drive from Coonabarabran District Hospital and Crystal Kingdom Museum. Warrumbungle National Park is a 40-minute drive from the property.
